Wapato Lake Park Collision Injures Two

A two-car accident occurred last Thursday when a driver ran a red light at South 72nd Street and Sheridan Avenue. The driver has since died of his injuries. The other driver was also hurt in the collision.

The collision happened after the first driver entered the intersection and his vehicle was "T-boned" by the second driver in an SUV.

As you might expect, the driver who has a light in his favor has one of the strongest rights-of-way under the law. Even so, intersection collision cases are often hotly disputed and, in serious cases, can require the assistance of traffic accident reconstructionists.
