The Tacoma News Tribune reported yesterday that a 2-year-old girl was killed Sunday in a car crash in Spanaway, Washington.

The girl was riding with her uncle and aunt when their truck was struck by a Blazer driven by a 19-year-old woman. The 19 year old woman, who was driving with a suspended license, went through a red light. The girl's aunt was also seriously injured and remains in the hospital.

If you or someone close to you has been involved in a car accident like this you should contact a personal injury attorney immediately. You will need to know if the driver was insured, if your insurance will cover the accident, and what your legal rights are.
