Man Seriously Injured in Hit and Run During Windstorm

A man was struck be a vehicle on the morning of December 15 while walking home. He was alone, seriously injured and left for dead.

The man was eventually found and taken to the hospital. Reportedly the police received a call from someone the day after the accident who claimed to have hit something the night before.

The victim was uninsured. Hopefully the driver who struck him can be found and there is auto insurance available to the victim for his substantial damages.
