$3 Million Settlement Agreement Reached for Brain Injured Nurse

A transplant nurse was severely brain-damaged in a 2002 collision which occurred when another driver's view was blocked by a King County dump truck and loader.

The other driver (and/or his carrier) has agreed to pay $2 million.

Reportedly the King County DOT was notified of the danger posed by the equipment before the accident happened.
